Web Accessibility

Our commitment to making Shaadi Studio accessible for everyone.

Our Commitment

A wedding gets planned by the whole family, which means grandparents, and people who use a screen reader, and people who cannot use a mouse. If any part of Shaadi Studio locks one of them out, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.

Standards We Follow

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level as a target. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user-friendly for everyone. As an early-stage product we are still working toward full conformance.

What We’re Doing

We build with these practices in mind:

  • Adding descriptive alt text to images
  • Providing proper heading structure for screen readers
  • Supporting keyboard navigation
  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast
  • Adding ARIA labels where appropriate
  • Labelling form fields and writing clear error messages
  • Making interactive elements focusable and operable

Ongoing Efforts

Web accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review accessibility as we build new features and improve existing ones, and we treat it as part of our development process rather than an afterthought. If you hit a barrier, please tell us so we can fix it.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Shaadi Studio. If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of our website or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
